At Barbers Essentials, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may request a return under the conditions below.

Return Window
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • In resellable condition

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Used grooming products

  • Opened sanitation or disinfecting products

  • Razor blades and hygiene-related items

  • Clearance or final sale items

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund when applicable.

Refund Processing
Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected. Processing may take 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
